| abstract | Seven species of Tetranychoid mites are reported from the Assam State. Of these, three species viz. Brevipalpus assamensis, B. gauhatiensis, B. tinsukiaensis are new. The genus Ultratenuipalpus and the species Ultratenuipalpus meekeri (Deleon), 1957, Tetranychus puschelii Meyer, 1974 are reported for the first time from India. |
