| abstract | In this paper, two new species of Allopygmephorus are described and illustrated. All type specimens are kept in Shanghai Agricultural College.
Allopygmephorus nanhuiensis sp. nov. (figs. 1-4)
This new species resembles A. matthesi (Krczal, 1959) but it differs from the latter in setae e2 lanceolate, smooth and tibiotarsus I with only three rod-like solenidia, ω1 absent. It also resembles A. chinensis Mahunka, 1975, but it can be distinguished from the latter by setae c2 arising anterolaterally to setae c1 conspicuously, e2 arising posterolaterally to setae e1, f2 arising ventrally, 3c equal to 3a in length, and having a genital plate in the venter of opisthosoma.
Holotype ♀ and paratypes 4♀♀, Nanhui County, Shanghai, 1985. X. 11, collected from mushroom composts by Zou Ping.
Allopygmephorus baoshanensis sp. nov. (figs. 5-8)
This new species resembles A. matthesi (Krczal, 1959), but it differs from the latter in setae e2, f1 and f2 all lanceolate, smooth.
Holotype ♀ and paratypes 2♀♀, Baoshan County, Shanghai, 1983. X. 5, collected from mushroom composts by Zou Ping. |
