| abstract | All post-larval stages of Lardoglyphus robustisetosus sp. nov. and the hypopus of L. radovskyi sp. nov. are described from material obtained from the gut contents of human mummies excavated respectively in Chile and the USA. The definition of Lardoglyphus is revised. Keys are provided to the hypopi of all 7 species of the genus and to the adults of all 5 species known as adults. Both keys include all species known as pests of stored food. |
