| abstract | Cheiroseiulus reniformis n.gen., n. sp., a platyseiine mite from water pools on epiphytes in Jamaica, is described. The species is characterized by having a markedly hypotrichous opisthonotal chaetotaxy. A key is given to the genera of the Platyseiinae. |
