| abstract | In this paper, two new species of the family Laelapidae Berlese, 1892 are described and figured. Types were collected from Longchuan County (24.3° N, 97.9° E), Yunnan Province, and are deposited in the Department of Parasitology, Guiyang Medical College, Guizhou Province.
Androlaelaps singuloides, sp. nov. (figs. 1-6)
Holotype ♀ and paratypes 10♀♀ were collected on Jun. 24, 1987, off Gryllulus sp.
The new species is closely near to Androlaelaps singularis Wang et Li, 1965, but with following differences: [table omitted]
