Radfordia clethrionomys Fain et Lukoschus, 1977 stat.n. and Radfordia lemmus Fain et Lukoschus, 1977 stat.n. formerly considered as subspecies have been risen up to the species rank. A new diagnoses of the subgenus Microtimyobia, descriptions of new species, the list of species recently recorded, and the key to all species of the subgenus are given.
