| abstract | Bregetovia oconnori (Analgoidea, Avenzoariidae) is described from Tringa guttifer (Aves, Scolopacidae) from Thailand. Two male morphs occur in this species, a heteromorph and a mesomorph; this is the first true heteromorph described for species of Bregetovia, thus, the heteromorphs previously reported are, in fact, mesomorphs. Notes on the systematics of the genus ar presented as are keys to the known species of the genus. |
