| abstract | Three new species of oribatid mites (Tectoribates mongolicus, Banksinoma exobothridialis, Moritzoppia cuneocostulata) are described. T. mongolicus seems to be closely related to T. ornatus (Schuster), 1958 and T. deserticola Balogh, Mahunka, 1965 but differs from these species by the form of lamellae, rostrum and trichobothria and by smooth notogastral setae. B. exobothridialis sp.n. resembles Oribella spinifera (Hammer), 1952 and B. akhtyamovi Rjabinin, 1993, but differs from the former by existence of exobothridial setae and by the form of rostrum and notogastral setae c1, differs from the latter - by the trichobothria form, short proterosomal setae, smooth lamellar and interlamellar hairs. A new species M. cuneocostulata differs from the other species of the genus Moritzoppia in the form of costulae and trichobothria. |
