| abstract | This paper treats the following arrenuroidean taxa taken in South African streams: two new genera, a new subgenus and five new species belonging to the Athienemanniinae, Stygohydracarus (Vicinahydracarus) amala, Penemundamella renoma, P. tmona, P. denona, Bleptomundamella wenona; a new subgenus and species of Mideopsis, M. (Mixomideopsis) sandola, and a new species of Momoniella, M. vucaba. Africasia obscuripora is redescribed and the subfamily Africasinae is transferred to the family Athienemanniidae. |
