| abstract | Two new mites of the genus Dendrolaelaps, which belong to the family Digamasellidae, are described from Shikoku and the Kanto District of Japan under the names f D. unispinatus sp.nov. and D. fukikoae sp.nov. These mites are collected from adults of the cerambycid beetle, Monochamus alternatus. Digamasellid mites are recorded for the first time from Japan. |
