| abstract | Steneotarsonemus is considered one of the most agriculturally important genera of tarsonemid mites, and is second in number of species diversity in the family. A new species, Steneotarsonemus lobosus sp.n., is described and illustrated. A revised key to the species of Steneotarsonemus of Cuba is given for the first time. |
