| abstract | A new species of the genus Agistemus (Acari: Stigmaeidae) is rcorded from West Bengal, India and described. New records of three species, viz., Agistemus edulis Gupta, A. flescheneri Summers and A. terminalis (Quayle) are also reported. A key is provided to separate Agistemus mites infesting medicinal plants in West Bengal. |
