| abstract | Three new eriophyoid mite species of the family Eriophyidae from Nanling Mountain of China are described and illustrated, including Parinarus alienus sp. nov. infesting Quercus aliena Blume var. acutiserrata Maximowicz ex Wenzig (Fagaceae), Neovittacus castanopsus sp. nov. infesting Castanopsis sp. (Fagaceae) and Proiectus parviflis sp. nov. infesting Pinus parviflora Sieb. et Zucc. (Pinaceae). All the new species described here are vagrants. |
