| abstract | Two new species of inferior oribatids, Epilohmannia norberti sp. n. and Rhysotritia riezuae sp. n., are described. They have been found in reforested forests of Pinus nigra Arnold in middle Navarra (Northern Spain). The most outstanding features that characterize E. norberti are the presence of an incrassate, spiniform seta beside solenidium together with three normal setae on tibia IV; a setiform ventral seta on genu IV; a long pointed apex on trochanter IV and, finally, the size of notogastral setae. R. riezuae is characterised by its monodactylous tarsi, the single lateral keel on the aspis, the clavate sensillus, the aspis and notogastral setae and, finally, the size of the body. |
