| abstract | One new species of Cunaxa, C. iranica Paktinat-Saeij, Bagheri & Castro sp. nov., is described and illustrated based on female, male and tritonymph collected from Mazandaran Province, northern Iran. The female, male and nymphal stages of Armascirus hastus Shiba, 1986 are redescribed based on Iranian specimens. In addition, the species Cunaxa gordeevae Sergeyenko, 2009 and Rubroscirus khaustovi Sergeyenko, 2006 are recorded for the first time from Iran. |
