| abstract | In the left-bank steppe of the Ukraine 41 species of Gamasoidea were found on small mammals. Haemolaelaps glasgowi, Eulaelaps stabularis, Laelaps algericus, G. agilis, L. pavlovkyi, Hyperlaelaps arvalis, Haemogamasus nidi, Hirstionyssus musculi are met more often. The most quantity of Gamasoidea species was found on Apodemus agrarius Pall. (15 species), Mus musculus L. (20 species), Apodemus sylvaticus L. and Microtus arvalis Pall. (22 species).
Comparison of infectedness of a number of Muridae, which were investigated in the forest-steppe and steppe zone of the Ukraine showed, that in the steppe zone the animals are infected, as a rule less than in the forest-steppe zone. |
