| abstract | Three new species were described and illustrated from South Laos in this paper, two of them, Phetehaburus caricaesp. nov. infesting Carica papaya L. (Caricaceae) and Phyllocoptruta tabernaemontanasp. nov. infesting Tabernaemontana divaricata L. (Apocynaceae) belong to subfamily Phyllocoptinae (Eriophyidae) and another species, Diptilomiopus careyussp. nov. infesting Careya arborea Roxb. (Lecythidaceae) belongs to Diptilomiopinae (Diptilomiopidae). All the new species described herein are vagrants on the host plant. |
