| abstract | A new species of the genus Flagellozetes (Oribatida, Galumnidae) is described from forest litter in Malaysia. Flagellozetes (Cosmogalumna) sandori sp. nov. differs from Flagellozetes (Cosmogalumna) areticulatus and Flagellozetes (Cosmogalumna) kirishimaensis by the presence of foveolate body surface and striate pteromorphs, and the absence of median pore. An identification key and data on the distribution of known species of Flagellozetes are presented. |
