| abstract | A new species of Perscheloribates (Oribatida, Scheloribatidae) is described from moss under a solitary deciduous tree in Hanoi (Northern Vietnam); P. hanoiensis spec. nov. differs from P. crassisetosus Ermilov, Rybalov & Franke, 2011 by the pointed rostrum and spindle-form bothridial setae. Some data on distribution and ecology of representatives of the genus in Vietnamese fauna are presented. |
