| abstract | This paper describes a new species Dolichotetranychus nanningensis (fig.1). D.nanningensis resembles D. summeri Prichard and Baker, 1958, but differs from the latter by the irregular transversal striations on the genital plate and not the longitudinal striations, the gnathosoma with one pair of small ventral setae, but the D. summeri without these setae. Holotype (?), allotype (?),paratypes 4(?)(?)3(?)(?), collected by Xu Guoqing from pineapple (Ananas sp.) on 1989 Ⅷ 8 in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. |
