| abstract | Three new aturid species are described and illustrated from China: Woolastookia allobasilicalabrica sp. nov., and Paraxonopsis sutura sp. nov. in the Axonopsinae, and Aturus jixiensis sp. nov. in the Aturinae. The genus Paraxonopsis is a newly recorded genus for the Chinese fauna. Woolastookia allobasilicalabrica sp. nov. is the third species and Aturus jixiensis sp. nov. is the second species in their respective genera from China. A key to the Chinese fauna of Aturidae is provided in this paper. Meanwhile, the diagnosis of Paraxonopsis is revised. |
