abstractTwo new species of eriophyoid mites were discovered in Hungary, viz. Aculodes caespiticolus sp. nov. collected from Sesleria sadleriana Janka (Poaceae) and Aceria cumaniamajoris sp. nov. found on Polygonum aviculare L. (Polygonaceae). Detailed morphological description of female, male and nymph is given. A key to Aculodes spp. already known from Hungary is given.
