| abstract | A new species of Stygalbiella, S. miguelangeli sp. nov., is described from a river on the island of Coiba, Panama. Additionally, we remark that descriptions in the vernacular language of the author/s is usually richer and easily translatable into English or another language, which makes its use recommended to non-English speakers. |
