| abstract | In the present study, three new species of zerconid mites, Zercon izmirensis sp. nov., Zercon manisaensis sp. nov. and Zercon semizi sp. nov., obtained from materials collected in Aydın, İzmir and Manisa provinces, from the Coastal Aegean Section of Turkey, are described. Adult and nymph specimens of all new Zercon species are described and illustrated. Some morphological characters of the new species are discussed and compared with those of related species in the same genus using published descriptions and illustrations. |
