| abstract | The diagnosis of the genus Meriadenogamasus Athias-Henriot is updated based on the description of a new species, Meriadenogamasus longisetus Yao & Jin sp. nov., from south of China. This is the first described male mite for the genus. A key to the known species of the genus is provided. |
