abstractIn a previous paper, the genus Eugamasus has been redefined and several small species have been described. This paper deals with the large members of the genus. The richness and complexity of the systematic composition of this genus and some of their implications are commented. The heuristic value, among Parasitina, of true (sub)generic criteria and of the semiological evolutionary behaviour in (sub)genera is pointed out.
