| abstract | The presence of two Halacarid, Copidognathus brachystomus and Copidognathus magnipalpus magnipalpus, and one Idracnid, Pontarachna adriatica n. sp. in brackish lagoons of Northern Adriatic coasts (Ferrara and Ravenna provinces) is reported. The absence of C. brachystomus in the Comacchio marshes and the variability in the chaetotaxy of Z 1-5 in C. magnipalpus magnipalpus are briefly discussed. Finally the A. points out the differences between P. adriatica and P. punctulum. |
